Modern Urban Styles

This home, completed in 2013 and designed by local architect David Cox, has many architectural features internally and externally. Some of these include cedar eave linings, double glazing, internal full height joinery doors in limewash Victorian ash timber, feature ceilings of Victorian ash and hidden LED pelmet lighting.

The home is situated on a right of way and has been designed specifically to have minimal impact on neighbouring properties and to ensure maximum garden space and privacy. The design has the living areas on the top floor capturing expansive mountain views.

This home has been judged a finalist in the NSW HIA-CSR Housing Kitchen & Bathroom awards in the category Custom Built Homes under $600,000.00.

Contemporary Styles

A contemporary country style home with many modern architectural features including, floating staircase, extensive use of glass, polished concrete heated flooring and extensive use of marble and limestone features.

Town Houses

These townhouses in Jindabyne are of passive solar design with many architectural design details which relate directly to the extreme weather conditions of the snowy mountains.

Period Designs

Circa 2010 this new Georgian home has all the architectural features of the georgian period, including hand made windows with hand carved features from Australian Cedar using local craftsman. This home is fully solar powered with a hydronics system for domestic hot water and central heating.
